1. Bookings & Reservations

1.1 Making a Booking

A booking is confirmed only when we have received your completed booking form and deposit payment. You will receive written confirmation of your booking.

1.2 Deposit & Payment

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking
• Full payment is due 6 weeks before your arrival date
• Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival require full payment immediately

2. Cancellations

Cancellation charges:

• More than 6 weeks before arrival: Loss of deposit
• Within 6 weeks of arrival: 100% of booking value
• We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover cancellation costs

3. Arrival & Departure

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Please notify us if you expect to arrive late
• Keys should be returned on departure

4. Property Use

4.1 Occupancy

The maximum number of guests must not exceed the stated capacity for each cottage. Only persons named on the booking form may occupy the property.

4.2 Smoking

All cottages are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside the properties.

4.3 Pets

Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly cottages and must be agreed in advance. An additional cleaning fee applies.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Treat the property and its contents with due care
• Leave the property in a clean and tidy condition
• Report any damage or breakages immediately
• Not cause nuisance to neighbors
• Ensure the property is secure when leaving

6. Damages & Breakages

Guests are responsible for any breakages or damage caused during their stay. We reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacements.

7. Liability

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure guest safety, we cannot accept liability for:

• Personal injury or illness
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Interruption of services beyond our control

8. Changes by West Quay Cottages

We reserve the right to make changes to bookings in exceptional circumstances. If we need to cancel your booking, we will offer a full refund or alternative accommodation.

9. Complaints

Please report any issues during your stay immediately so we can address them. Formal complaints should be made in writing within 7 days of departure.
